Bucksport Public Safety Communications is a 24/7/365-dispatch center that handles all requests involving the Bucksport Police, Bucksport Fire, Bucksport Ambulance and the Orland Fire Department.

Emergency calls for any of these departments should be placed using 911

Non Emergency calls should be made to 469-7951, which is the primary business line for the dispatch center.

In addition anyone wishing to contact any Town Department (after their normal working hours) is urged to contact the Dispatch Center at 469-7951.

The staff of Bucksport Public Safety Communications consist of four full time, one “permanent” part time and two Reserve dispatchers.
