The Town Clerk’s office is located at 50 Main Street and is the official record keeper for the Town of Bucksport. This office maintains and ensures the safekeeping and preservation of town records including Vital Records (Birth, Marriage, Death, Burial), Town Council records and other official town documents. This office is also responsible for licensing dogs, issuing hunting and fishing licenses and recreational vehicle registrations, various business licenses, genealogy, administering all elections, voter registrations, and providing information on a variety of matters to the public and other Town Departments.
